The School of Inspired Leadership, also known as SOIL, is located in Gurgaon and founded by Anil Sachdev. It has many associate schools, some of them being MIP, UNB and Pinchot, and it was created through the partnership of 32 companies. It seeks to create leaders who are not only competent, but also passionate.
