The Tibetan Translation Tool is a simple port of the THL Translation Tool, for Android devices. The application was conceived as a way to use the THL Translation Tool on a mobile device, so that one could read Tibetan on the computer without having to share the screen or switch screens to the Translation Tool on THL's website.
