Police Radar Scanner is a free simulation app for Android. On a non-real radar you can list all available policemen near by you. It does not matter whether they wear a uniform or not, because this is just a simulation, to prank all your friends. Technically, it is not possible to locate the police with the sensors of a normal mobile phone.
