Company Ratings lets you customize and rank the job criteria that are most to you. You choose the criteria that you look for, and decide which are Must Have, Nice to Have, and Not to you. For example, you might want a "Learn new things" as a Must Have, and "Minimal Travel" as a Nice to Have. You then enter and rate your job prospects on each characteristic.
