RecordIt is a sound/voice/microphone recorder that lets you record in both 3gpp and wav format, so you can choose your preferred quality. You can also send your recordings via email, dropbox. If you need (just click and hold on the file you want to send). In settings you can choose if to record in 3gpp for saving storage space, or wav for high quality.
