This is a LED Live Wallpaper, which shows the time in binary. Finally the binary clock live wallpaper you always wanted to have. Just because we are nerds doesn't mean we don't acknowledge style and cannot produce class. You define the "active" area by setting the top, bottom, left, right inactive borders. The active area is the area, which is used to display the time.
