Small Icons Apex Theme

This theme makes your icons smaller. That's all, that's simple! I didn't see a single theme that allowed this, only one and included backdrops. This theme just uses your stock icons, but it makes them small. NOTE. YOU NEED APEX LAUNCHER FOR THIS.
