Payout

Distributes the prize pool to participants according to a specific rule set. Users are able to input the buy-in price, amount of players and amount of re-buys for each game. When a game has six players or less, second place is considered to be 'the bubble'. All re-buys made during the game are distributed evenly among first and second position.
