Rep Coach is a simple app to count out a rhythm at a specified tempo i. E. You give it the rhythm "Up 2 Down 2" and it will speak "up, one, two, down, one, two. " until stopped. Rep Coach is particularly useful for repetitive exercises where each repetition has multiple moves, and for exercises where the main goal is to hold a certain position for a period of time.
