Government of Telangana proposes to launch Telangana State Skill Mission program to skill 5 lakh unemployed youth and the students coming out of the educational institutions before 2019 an APEX BODY - Telangana State Skill Council under the Chairmanship of the Hon'ble Chief Minister to give policy direction to the Mission;
